Senior Freelance UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Freelance UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience. The candidate should be able to deliver end-to-end design solutions (for Web and Mobile applications) based on project requirements, handle client-facing communication, and remain active, accountable, and flexible in a deadline-driven environment.

What you'll do

• End-to-End Visual & Interaction Design: Create modern UI/UX designs, wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes for web applications, mobile apps, landing pages, and dashboard interfaces.
• Client Collaboration & Communication: Understand client requirements, effectively pitch design concepts, and execute quick iterations based on feedback.
• Availability & Reliability: Maintain prompt communication during working hours/agreed schedules and complete project deadlines without delays.
• Design Systems & Standards: Follow existing design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines, or create new scalable components.
• Developer Handoff: Collaborate with developers to deliver precise, pixel-perfect assets and clear handoff documentation.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX and Digital Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX case studies, web/mobile designs, and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles, Information Architecture, and Wireframing.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) to interact directly with clients and internal team leads.
• High accountability, responsiveness, and time management skills during active project hours.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an agency setup or handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS) to ensure design feasibility.
